ORWIGSBURG LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL RETURN-TO-PLAY WAIVER

OLL waiver each legal guardian must fill out at the first practice for your child to be able to play. If you would have any questions as to who needs to sign the waiver please reach out to Katie Bedway or any other board member. If you do not fill out the waiver, we will not be able to allow your child to play. If possible, we suggest you wait to sign the waiver until in the presence of your player’s manager or one of the designated coaches.
