Friday, March 18th  - R&K Fundraiser Order Forms and Money Are Due

• A minimum of 8 items must be sold.
• If doing buyout option, $30 is also due by 3/18/22. Please put check or money in envelope and clearly mark name, team and “Fundraiser Buyout”.
• This is mandatory. Every player must participate in one of these options.
• Checks can be made payable to “OLL”.
• Hand in to coach, team mom or deliver to Memorial Vestibule on 3/18/22 from 6-8pm.
• OLL is offering $1 refund for every item sold, over the 8 item minimum. This is an opportunity to earn back registration money. Please turn in the correct/full amount owed and OLL will refund in a timely manner.

Saturday, March 19th – Field and Concession Stand Cleanup

• 8am to 12pm at Memorial and Benner Field
• OLL requests each family donate a minimum of one hour of their time.

Sunday, March 20th – OLL Board Meeting

• 5:30pm at the Orwigsburg Memorial

Wednesday, March 30th – R&K Fundraiser Pick Up

• 4pm – 5:30pm at the Memorial Field Pavilion.
• Please try to arrive early as sandwiches will be outside once dropped off from vendor.

Saturday, April 2nd – 2022 Opening Day

• Projected start date.
• OLL is working with Schuylkill Haven and Cressona to get a full schedule released. We will post as soon as it is available.

Thursday, April 7th – Picture Day

• 5pm – 7pm at the Blue Mountain Recreation Center (located behind BMEE, 669 Red Dale Road, Orwigsburg, PA 17961)
• Times will be assigned per team once a game schedule is released. Please try to stick to those scheduled times, so we keep everyone moving through the line.
• Picture forms will be distributed to each team before picture day.
• We ask that every player and coach get their pictures taken, even if they are not purchasing photos. This will allow teammates to have a complete team photo for their Memory Mates.

Sunday, May 1st – Second Annual OLL Golf Tournament

• Tournament is held at Hidden Valley Golf Course (Pine Grove, PA).
• Shotgun start is at 1pm and tee times will be assigned at registration.
• Sponsorship opportunities are available.
• Pre-registration is highly encouraged as this was a successful event last year and spots are limited.
